Waking up by the sound of fireworks can only mean one thing, it's 12/31/2012. And when the last days of the year arrive I'm always very excited for all the programs that flashback to the past year, but I'm also a little emotional, sometimes without a reason, sometimes with a very obvious reason.
New Year's resolution? I think I pass this year. But definitely leave yours behind.
I wish you all a Happy New Year, and I hope that 2013 will be your year.
Remember those posts from a long time ago, about cutting my hair short? Probably not, but don't worry, I have to admit that the content of those posts also kind of went with the wind by me.
So when yesterday just 45 minutes before my appointment at the hairdresser this idea of cutting my hair short came back again, lets say that I was everything but calm. But considering the time there wasn't much room to back down.
And as you can see I also didn't back down. Which makes me a shortie now.
What I will be doing with my hair? I will donate it to Stichting Haarwensen, so they can make a wig of my oh so loved hair for children who need it more then I do.
Let me know if you have experience with donating your hair.
You've probably already received a lot of Christmas wishes, and I'm not an Obama or an Anna Wintour, so my Merry Christmas probably wouldn't stand out alongside the other. But with this little post I just wanted to wish you a Merry Christmas.
If you're scared to buy an expensive designer piece -as me- just borrow my sister for a day and this is what you come home with. We were in a shop yesterday, and she kind of forced me to buy this tee from Acne. Well actually it was a win-win situation, because at the end of the day I at a Acne tee in one hand and in the other hand I had a apple fritter donut that I got from my sister.
But back to the titel. I'm no designer virgin anymore. I'm the proud owner of a designer item, and can't wait until it gets warmer and I can were it.
